Airline Transportation
Molokai's main port of arrival is Ho’olehua Airport (MKK), located in the center of Molokai. A small airport services Kalaupapa National Historic Park (LUP). All U.S. Mainland and international flights to and from Molokai connect through either Honolulu or Maui.

Airlines servicing Ho`olehua Airport (MKK) include:

• Flyer (charter)
• Moloka'i  Air Shuttle
• Pacific Wings
• Private jets may land on Molokai

Airlines servicing Kalaupapa Airport (LUP) include:
• Moloka'i  Air Shuttle
• Paragon Air (charter)

Note: Visitors may fly into Kalaupapa Airport from either Kahului (Maui) or Honolulu (O`ahu), but you first need to make advance reservations with Damien Tours (808-567-6171) to visit Kalaupapa Peninsula.

Ocean Transportation
Inter island transportation via water is available between Lahaina (Maui) and Kaunakakai Harbor on Molokai on a daily basis. The service is provided by Island Marine who operates the Molokai Princess, a 149 passenger vessel that travels daily between Kaunakakai and Lahaina.  Her sister vessel, The Maui Princess, offers day trips from Lahaina to Molokai on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday. The day trip includes a half day island tour and lunch at the Ocean side Restaurant at the Hotel Molokai.   (Tip: Be prompt when checking in for the ocean ferries!)

• Two shuttle/taxi providers including Molokai Off road Tours & Taxi, and Molokai Outdoor Activities. These providers offer shuttle service to and from Ho`olehua Airport, Kaunakakai Harbor, and all properties.

Medical Needs, ADA
• Molokai General Hospital provides outpatient medical services, urgent care, and emergency room services. 808-533-5331.
• The Molokai Family Health Center is open six days a week, 808-533-5353.
• The kidney dialysis center in Kaunakakai is open six days a week.
• A pharmacy is available in Kaunakakai.
